Support technician f/m
Your tasks
- You will be trained step by step to become a specialist for our heat pumps
- As part of a dedicated team, you will support both production and our partners in solving a wide range of support requests, including complex technical fault reports
- You will help to improve and test our products in various development projects
- Your expert opinion is also counted on in software development
- Creation, updating, checking and continuous optimization of documents for technical certifications
- On-site assignments for commissioning and troubleshooting
- Process development for necessary measures to eliminate faults
- RMA processing and fault analysis of defective components
- Participation in the preparation of product presentations and consequently training of our competence partners in technical matters, for comprehensive knowledge transfer about the entire product range
- Carrying out hardware tests and heat pump tests
- All around an interesting and varied field of activity

The minimum salary for the position is EUR 2,600.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Willingness to overpay.
