Apprentice office clerk

Your training opportunities

  • Secretariat: Responsibility for facts and figures, writing minutes, letters and invoices, customer/partner support
  • Clerk: order entry, shipment tracking, scheduling
  • Supporting the purchasing department: obtaining quotations, processing orders
  • Finance and accounting assistance: invoice control, bookings
  • Member of the event committee: planning company outings and booking management

Your tasks

  • You will be trained step by step to become a specialist for our heat pumps
  • As part of a dedicated team, you will support both production and our partners in solving a wide range of support requests (telephone, email, tickets) through to complex technical fault reports
  • You will help to improve and test our products in various development projects
  • Your expert opinion is also counted on in software development
  • Creation, updating, checking and continuous optimization of technical documentation
  • On-site assignments for commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Process development for necessary measures to eliminate faults
  • RMA processing and fault analysis of defective components
  • Participation in the preparation of product presentations and consequently training of our competence partners in technical matters, for comprehensive knowledge transfer about the entire product range
  • All around an interesting and varied field of activity

  • Support in the further development and optimization of our heat pump technology in close cooperation with the development team.
  • Functional tests and analysis of heating systems to identify and rectify faults.
  • Installation and adaptation of system components and smaller technical installations on site.
  • Support with the commissioning of new systems and equipment in our in-house development rooms.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of test systems.
  • Collaboration with other departments to integrate new technologies into our existing systems.

  • Support in the further development and optimization of our heat pump technology in close cooperation with the development team.
  • Support and maintenance of electrical systems and operating equipment.
  • Fault analysis and rectification of electrical faults in production.
  • Carrying out tests and regular maintenance of electrical systems and installations.
  • Supporting the production team with installations, commissioning and cabling.
  • Close cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth processes.

Your tasks

  • You label pallets and prepare them for delivery to our partners.
  • You accept incoming goods, check them and store them properly.
  • You assemble the shipping goods and check the stock.
  • Ensure proper packaging to avoid transport damage.
  • Recording and maintaining goods movements and inventories in our ERP system, including stock transfers and managing shipping documents
  • General warehouse activities: Support in the warehouse and assistance with stock transfers.
  • Depending on requirements, you will also support our production in the preparation of important components
  •
