20,000 kWh of gas replaced by a heat pump, solar panels, and storage.
Moving away from fossil fuels toward a coordinated, comprehensive strategy

Until now, this building required about 20,000 kWh of gas per year for heating. Today, an Ovum ACP312 with M+ control and a photovoltaic system provide both heat and electricity.
The ACP312 completely replaces the gas heating system. With the M+ control, it operates according to demand—ensuring consistent comfort and noticeably lower energy costs.

From Gas Heating to Your Own Energy System
Previously, a gas heating system with an annual consumption of approximately 20,000 kWh met the building’s heating needs. This system was completely replaced by an OVUM ACP312 heat pump with MIRA Plus Controller. At the same time, a SolarEdge photovoltaic system with a capacity of 9 kWp was installed, supplemented by a 10 kWh battery storage unit.
OVUM ACP312 Heat Pump
Completely replaces the existing gas heating system, controlled by the MIRA Plus Controller.
Solar Power Plant (SolarEdge)
9 kWp of generating capacity, installed with all-black 475-Wp modules.
Battery Storage
10 kWh storage capacity for excess solar power.
MIRA Plus Controller
Adjusts the heating to the residents' heating needs.

Electricity from Your Own Plant
The photovoltaic system generates electricity that is used to power the heat pump. Any electricity not needed immediately is stored in the battery and is available for later use. The MIRA Plus controller allows the system to be adjusted to the household’s heating needs.
Implemented by an OVUM partner company
The installation of the heat pump, the construction of the PV plant, and the integration of the battery storage system were all handled by a single point of contact.
