OVUM

OVUM has its roots in the trades. Originating from the MECO installation company, our products draw on the experience gained from over 3,000 plants we’ve installed ourselves (see reference map). This gives us hands-on knowledge of what matters most when it comes to planning, installing, and operating a heat pump. It is precisely this knowledge that has been incorporated into the development and manufacturing of our heat pumps in Kirchbichl, Tyrol, since 2014.

OVUM stands for more than just technology. Our name, which means “egg cell” in Latin, perfectly describes what drives us: ideas that grow. What started as a small team of tinkerers and installers has grown into a company with over 70 employees. Family-oriented, down-to-earth, and deeply rooted in Tyrol.

What unites us is a shared conviction: Good solutions are not created solely in the lab, but above all through practical experience. Today, in Kirchbichl, we manufacture heat pumps that are technically sophisticated yet easy to install.
