The OVUM AC520P with MIRA Plus controller replaces 2,000 L of oil and 10 m³ of wood
Until now, the building was heated with 2,000 liters of oil and an additional 10 cubic meters of wood. The new solution: the Ovum AC520P with MIRA Plus Controller.
In addition to the technical work, the contract included the complete dismantling of the system—including the disposal of the old fuel tank system.

From Two Heat Sources to a Heat Pump
Previously, the building was heated using a combination of oil heating—consuming about 2,000 liters per year—and approximately 10 cubic meters of wood. The heating oil was stored in five special tanks, each with a capacity of 1,500 liters. As part of the conversion, this plant was completely replaced by an OVUM AC520P heat pump with the new MIRA Plus Controller.

It completely replaces the previous combination of oil heating and a wood stove.
MIRA Plus Controller
Controls the operation of the heat pump and adjusts it to the household's heating needs.
Dismantling of Special Tanks
Removal and proper disposal of 5 oil tanks, each with a capacity of 1,500 liters.
Water Treatment
Part of the scope of services for insuring the new heating system.
Scope of Work for the Transition
The conversion covered the entire process, from the old system to the heat pump ready for operation:
- Removal of the existing oil and wood-fired heating system
- Removal and disposal of the 5 special tanks (1,500 liters each)
- Electrical work for the new plant
- Construction of a base for the outdoor unit
- Excavation and Core Drilling
- Water Treatment and Insulation Work
