In a single-family home in Kematen, an OVUM ACP417 heat pump with MIRA Plus Controller provides heating and hot water, supplemented by a solar thermal plant. The MIRA Plus controller individually regulates three mixed heating circuits in the building—allowing different areas of the house to be heated independently of one another. Why Having Multiple Heating Circuits Can Be Useful
A mixed heating circuit regulates the flow temperature for a specific area of the building independently of the others. In buildings with multiple floors or additions that have different heating requirements, this allows each area to be heated to the appropriate temperature, rather than using a single Controller to control the entire building.
