At the OVUM Partner Workshop, we updated our specialist partners on the latest developments—and asked for their input. Feedback on marketing, software, engineering, sales, and products was collected at ten stations. The event also featured presentations, a factory tour, and an evening celebration themed“S’Ovumer Oktoberfest.”

The partner workshop has two objectives: We present our partners with the latest developments at OVUM, and we gather their feedback based on their day-to-day experience. After all, our specialist partners plan, install, and maintain the plants on-site—their experiences feed directly into our work.

Day 1: Morning Presentations
The event began at 9 a.m. with opening remarks. This was followed by three presentations on technology and new developments.

PVT Collectors – Guest Lecture by Consolar
Andreas from Consolar provided an overview of PVT collectors.

New Development: “The Efficiency Pilot”
To wrap up the morning, Magdalena and Peter presented our new development, “The Efficiency Pilot.”
Ten stations, ten departments
After the lunch break, things got interactive. The participants were divided into ten groups and assigned to the stations. Each station represented a different subject area. After ten minutes of discussion, it was time to move on—and so on until each group had visited every station. Among the topics discussed were:

Factory Tour at OVUM
After each group had gone through all the stations, our partners headed over to OVUM. There, they were treated to a tour of the plant and a few cold drinks. Afterward, they went to the hotel to get ready for the evening.
In keeping with the evening’s theme, some guests even donned traditional costumes before heading to the Aschinger Alm. There, the Surfasslbuam welcomed the guests with music, and a light snack was served to kick things off. After Stefan and Peter tapped the traditional first keg of beer, the party began: everyone enjoyed a meal together, sang songs, and played music with the band.
The OVUM Shooting Competition
As a special event for the evening, we had planned a shooting competition. Participants competed in one-on-one matches until only one person remained from each group. Our OVUM team was there, too—and Fabian came out on top. After a thrilling final, the results were in:

Day 2: Presentations and Results
On Thursday, we began the second block of presentations at 9:30 a.m.
Lead generation via social media in the skilled trades – guest lecture by EnergieDigital
Justin from EnergieDigital spoke about how craft businesses can gain new inquiries via social media and what role the topic plays for specialist companies.
Bivalence Calculator and New OVUM Claims
Stefan presented a bivalence calculator and our new OVUM Claims.
From the Field: 8-Unit ACP Cascade
In a guest presentation, Tobias discussed the cascade of eight ACP Heat Pumps that he and his team installed.
“OVUM Komfort Line” Concept Car
After a brief pause, Martin presented the “OVUM Komfort Line” concept car.
The New OVUM Website
Theresa presented the new OVUM website to the partners.

Finally, the ideas, suggestions and wishes from the previous day’s stations were presented – before everyone went home.
