Leipzig
OVUM Heiztechnik brings efficient heat pump systems “Made in Austria” to Leipzig. Together with qualified partners in the region, we implement coordinated heating solutions for new construction and renovation projects—from heat pumps and storage tanks to Controllers.

OVUM Heat Pumps for Leipzig
In Leipzig and the surrounding region, homeowners, builders, and housing developers face a variety of requirements for efficient and cost-effective heating solutions. OVUM Heiztechnik offers heat pump systems for a variety of building sizes and applications—ranging from compact air-source heat pumps for single-family homes to system solutions for larger residential projects.
Our systems are developed and manufactured in Kirchbichl, Tyrol, Austria—with a focus on high efficiency, sophisticated technology, and practical solutions. Our product portfolio includes, among other things, the modular CUBIC ground-source heat pump and the AirCube series. The AirCube AC312P achieves a SCOP of 6.02 at a 35 °C flow temperature, as determined in accordance with EN 14825 at the independent heat pump testing center in Buchs, Switzerland. OVUM thus offers high-performance heat pump technology for both new construction and retrofit projects in Leipzig.
Sales, installation, and service are handled by trained local partners. In this way, OVUM combines heat pump technology developed and manufactured in Austria with expert consultation, planning, and installation in the Leipzig region.
Systems Thinking and On-Site Efficiency
OVUM does not see itself as merely a heat pump manufacturer, but rather as a systems provider. The heat pump, storage tank, control system, and hydraulics work together as a perfectly coordinated unit—ensuring high efficiency, preventing installation errors, and significantly reducing the installation workload for OVUM’s partner companies in Leipzig.
This flexibility really pays off, especially in a growing city like Leipzig with its diverse building stock—ranging from renovated historic buildings from the Gründerzeit era to modern new developments. Whether it’s the whisper-quiet AirCube at just 39.9 dB(A) for retrofitting existing buildings or a space-saving system solution for an apartment building: our partners will find the right solution for every building.
Thanks to the intelligent MIRA controller with web-based remote maintenance and intuitive smartphone operation, customers in Leipzig benefit from convenient operation and fast support. The intelligent PV integration increases the self-consumption of solar power and makes heating even more sustainable and cost-effective.
The OVUM System
AirCube Air-Source Heat Pump
The AC312P achieves a SCOP of 6.02 (tested in accordance with EN 14825 at the independent WPZ Buchs testing center) and is suitable for both new construction and retrofits in Leipzig—1 kWh of electricity generates up to 6 kWh of heat.
Ultra-quiet operation
With a noise level of just 39.9 dB(A)—thanks to the bionic owl-wing principle—the AirCube can be easily installed even in densely built-up residential areas of Leipzig and close to property lines.
CUBIC Brine Heat Pump
The patented, stackable CUBIC brine heat pump uses geothermal energy for indoor installation and delivers up to 54 kW of power using only 150 g of propane per module.
Modular Scalability
Thanks to the stackable modular design, we can tailor the capacity precisely to your needs—from single-family homes to apartment buildings—without having to replace the system or install complex piping.
Hot Water in Residential Buildings
The OPW water heater provides residential units with hygienic, Legionella-free hot water—ideal for supplying individual apartments in Leipzig’s multi-family buildings.
Solutions for Large-Scale Projects
By cascading AirCube units up to 160 kW, our partners are able to provide efficient heating solutions for residential complexes and commercial projects in the Leipzig area.
Cube System Storage
The Cube storage unit combines up to nine functions in a footprint of just 1 m²—including a hygienic fresh water system, surplus PV storage, and a buffer tank.
PV Integration & Remote Maintenance
The MIRA controller's smart PV integration significantly increases self-consumption, while web-based remote maintenance offers customers in Leipzig convenient operation and fast support.
